BARRE PILATES
Barre classes blend ballet-inspired movements with strength training, yoga, and Pilates, focusing on small, controlled motions. FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
In our studio, we focus on training that combines several muscle groups at the same time. Unlike the traditional training in the gym, here we work with natural movements of the body, to build strength and resistance against everyday injuries. This holistic approach allows us to work with the body as a whole, improving coordination, stability and inner strength.
